This ATTRACTION is completely outdoors with no protection from the elements. The parking lot and waiting areas are grassy and bare ground. The attraction trail is through areas in a pine stand along with a walking path through the woods.
You MUST remain on the marked path at ALL TIMES– this area is surrounded by wetlands. Please wear appropriate footwear- which includes a closed heel and toe- no high heels. Be prepared for insects, including those that sting and bite. Be mindful of wild animals and reptiles that live in the woods. Stay on the path.
PLEASE be prepared for rugged terrain which can contain hidden trip hazards, use caution when walking, and DO NOT RUN– a 1 ton pine tree will not move out of your way. Be prepared to walk a long distance through low level lighting in the woods with fog, sound, distractions, lightening effects, etc.
This is event is recommended for persons over the age of 12; anyone 15 and under needs to be accompanied by an adult. Younger children can attend at the parent’s or guardian’s discretion. No carrying children, children must be able to navigate the attraction independently.
There are NO REFUNDS for any reason including you or your party cannot complete the attraction.
There are plenty of Emergency Exits for those who find the attraction too intense.

As a holder of a ticket and entering the attraction you voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction.
Upon arriving and entering the attraction the holder of a ticket agrees to release the operator, its parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, staff, volunteers, landlord, property owners from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending the attraction at this location.
If the attraction becomes unsafe to operate due to weather, or other unforeseen issue, guests will be provided an alternate night of admission or given a refund in accordance to ticket policies.
