Frequently Asked Questions

We are open most Friday and Saturdays, along with select nights, in October. Additional days maybe added along with special events. Follow us on social media and check the website for our show dates.

Most nights we are open 8 p.m. until 11 p.m. with last tickets sold at 11 p.m.. Sundays, select nights, and special events may have varying hours so, please, check the information for the event you are attending. To ensure entrance on your preferred night and time we encourage you to purchase your tickets online. Ticket quantities are limited and can sell out. 

Tickets are available through our ticket vendor Haunt Pay. Due to limited parking, we are using time ticketing. To ensure you and your party are able to attend please purchase your date/time-slot now as ticket quantities are limited. If you arrive without a ticket, you may not be able to enter the attraction if we are at capacity.

We ask you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your selected entrance time, this allows for parties before you to exit our parking lot.

Yes. The fee is $2 per vehicle. The option to purchase parking is available online at the time of ticket purchase. If you did not prepay for parking, please bring $2 cash for parking.

Of course.

We do consider ourselves family friendly. Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Younger children can attend but this is your discretion. Children must be able to navigate the attraction independently. Carrying children is not permitted. There may be age restrictions for select events and special shows.

No. This is a no touch haunt. Scare Actors will get close and contact with costumes and props is possible. If you run you may run into a Scare Actor. Please refrain from running. As a reminder you may not touch the employees, Scare Actors, scenes, or props (unless a designated photo opportunity). Any act that is deemed as aggression toward any staff member or other guests, or could be a safety issue for you or others, will result in immediate ejection without a refund. Law enforcement will be contacted if any action is an infraction of the law. 

No. Scare Actors and other guests are navigating through low level lighting. Bright lights, flashes, phones screens, and other light sources pose a safety risk for all. Please be reminded we are not responsible for lost items.

No weapons, alcohol, vaping material, drugs, lighters, flashlights, pets, cameras, laser pointers, or anything else deemed a safety risk is allowed in the attraction. We ask that you secure all personal items in your locked vehicle. Items such as keys and wallets need to be secured. We will not stop the show to find any lost items.

Please keep all items secured. We are not responsible for lost items. This is a low-level lighting attraction. Finding items is not easy. We will not stop the show to look for an item. When you exit the attraction locate a staff member and leave your name, number, description of item, and where you think you lost it. If we locate the item, we will contact you. If you discover you lost something after you left send us an email with the same information listed above.

Comfortable walking shoes with a closed heel and toe. No high heels. Clothing that is weather appropriate and allows for you to navigate a wooded area for an extended period of time. If it is warm night insect repellent is strongly recommended. You should not wear clothing that can get caught on items and it is recommended not wear dangling jewelry.

Please read the all warnings on this website and posted at the event. Stay on the trail and do not run- a 1 ton pine tree will not move out of your way.

If you feel you may not have internet connectivity on your phone in our rural area, you can print your tickets or screenshot the QR code in your purchase email. When you are arrive be prepared to present the QR code in your email. One QR code is good for all tickets purchased in that transaction. 

Please remember we highly recommend you buy your tickets in advance online. Tickets will not be available onsite if we sell out online. 

There are no refunds. If you or someone else in your group cannot make it through you will be able to leave through the nearest marked emergency exit. Please use marked emergency exits ONLY and follow any posted signs. You can let a scare actor/monster/staff member know you need to leave and they will guide you safely out of the haunt.
